Wavestar runs a standard institutional-investor calendar: an annual Investor Day, quarterly investor calls against the quarterly update, and periodic regulator briefings. Investor events are structured around the milestone calendar. Each recurring event has a documented format, a target audience, and a consistent distribution channel — recordings and transcripts are published within seven business days of each event.

Annual regulator briefing

On-the-record briefing for regulator staff on technical architecture, control environment, and rulebook methodology.

Industry conferences
Curated set · management speaks on the record

Selective participation. Approved venues cover space-industry (SATELLITE, APSCC), finance (SIFMA, FIA, FIX), and crypto-infrastructure forums where relevant.

Design-partner roundtables
Semi-annual · private · Chatham House rules

Design-partner operators and rulebook working group; attendance by invitation. Not a public event.

    Closed-door briefing for seed investors following the seed close. Full technical demonstration, regulatory-track readout, hiring plan, and the twelve-month milestone calendar.

    Inaugural Wavestar Investor Day

    First public Investor Day. Location: New York. Programme: thesis keynote; deep-dives on ORCH, Terminal, Market, and Attest; regulator panel; design-partner operator panel; live rulebook walkthrough.
  3. Q3 2027Planned

    ORCH first-trade investor call

    Special interim briefing on the day of the first cleared trade. CEO, CTO, and Chief Compliance Officer joined by the first cleared-trade counterparties (with consent).
  4. Q1 2028Planned

    FY2027 annual-report call

    First full-year earnings-style call following publication of the FY2027 audited financial statements, the TCFD climate disclosure, and the first transparency report.

    Second Investor Day. Focus: institutional member cohort, SEC ATS-N live operation, Series A closing prospects.

    General-availability launch event

    Public launch event following the GA milestone. All five resource classes in production, CFTC DCO registered, first annual rulebook amendment cycle underway.

    Investors of record

    Every recurring investor event is automatically distributed to investors of record. Calendar invitations are issued one month in advance; recordings and transcripts are emailed within seven business days.

    Prospective investors

    Prospective investors can register for the annual Investor Day through the investor-relations inbox. A limited number of seats are held for qualified institutional prospects.
  • 03

    Analyst access

    Sell-side analysts covering the financial-market-infrastructure and space-infrastructure sectors can request analyst-model access after a written diligence engagement.
  • 04

    Media and press

    Financial and industry press can request accreditation through the newsroom team. Investor Day has reserved media seating; live-stream access is unrestricted.
