A 30-minute recruiter call within 72 hours. We walk through the role in depth and answer any questions about team, scope, or compensation.
Craft interview
A 60 – 90 minute conversation with the hiring manager focused on your track record in the specific craft — code, clearing, regulatory, or deal work.
Work sample
One practical exercise tied to the role — a coding problem, a rulebook redline, a deal-structure memo, or a member onboarding plan. Paid for senior roles.
Panel
Two to three conversations with future peers and a founder discussion. We surface trade-offs openly; candidates should ask hard questions back.
Offer
A written offer inside seven days of the final interview. Salary, equity, and benefits detailed. Decision window with no pressure tactics.
