Wavestar Holdings LLC is an equal-opportunity employer. This statement describes the commitments we make to applicants, employees, contractors, and interns. It is not aspirational — it is the standard we hold ourselves to and the basis on which we invite reports when we fall short.

What we commit to

Written in plain language and published publicly so that the standard is the same for every applicant, employee, and partner.

    Protected characteristics

    Wavestar does not discriminate on the basis of race, colour, ancestry, national origin, religion, creed, age, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, marital or familial status, pregnancy, medical condition, genetic information, disability, veteran status, citizenship status, or any other characteristic protected under federal, state, or local law.

    Hiring and promotion

    Every hiring decision and every promotion decision is made on the basis of role-relevant merit. Interview panels are diverse by default. Pay bands are published internally, audited annually, and corrected when disparities appear.

    Accessibility and accommodations

    We provide reasonable accommodations for applicants and employees with disabilities across every stage of the employment lifecycle. Accommodation requests are handled confidentially by HR and do not factor into hiring decisions.

    Zero tolerance for harassment

    Harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and hostile-work-environment conduct are prohibited. Reports are investigated promptly and confidentially. Retaliation against a good-faith reporter is itself grounds for termination.

    How to report

    Email hr@wavestar.space, or contact any executive directly. Anonymous third-party reporting is also available through our Ethics Line. We treat every report seriously, confidentially, and promptly.
  • 02

    What happens next

    Acknowledgement within one business day. Internal investigation led by HR or external counsel as needed. Findings and any corrective action communicated to the reporter. No retaliation against good-faith reporters.

    Accommodations requests

    Applicants may request accommodations at any interview stage without impact on the hiring decision. Employees may request accommodations at any time. HR handles the interactive process confidentially.

    Appeals

    If you disagree with an outcome, you may request review by external employment counsel. We retain independent counsel for this purpose, not company counsel, so that the review is genuinely independent.

    United States

    Wavestar complies with Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Equal Pay Act, and state and local equivalents including the New York State Human Rights Law and the California FEHA.

    United Kingdom

    Wavestar complies with the Equality Act 2010, the Employment Rights Act 1996, and the Data Protection Act 2018. Protected characteristics align with the 2010 Act and include religion or belief.

    Singapore

    Wavestar complies with the Tripartite Alliance for Fair and Progressive Employment Practices (TAFEP) guidelines and the forthcoming Workplace Fairness Legislation.

A note on culture

Why a legal statement is not enough

A policy is a floor, not a ceiling. A fair workplace is built every day by the way people talk to one another in code review, in standups, in hiring decisions, and in disagreements. We publish the policy so that the floor is unambiguous. We hold ourselves to a higher standard because it is the right way to operate and because our work is too important to waste on avoidable friction.
